Description
An ambrosial Indian sweet hailing from the land of all things sweet, Mohanthal is a traditional Gujarati Mithai. Chickpea flour (Besan) is roasted plentily in Ghee and blended with pure rose water and cardamom on a bed of saffron and finally topped with some crushed pistachios and slow roasted almonds. The result being, a typical Gujarati treat with fresh flavors in every bite.
